Returns Policy

All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number within 14 days of item receipt to be accepted by us. Please call 214-315-4995 to obtain an RMA. Once issued an RMA, please return the package to us within 14 days.

Special note on jewelry: Due to their custom-made nature, jewelry (pendants and earrings) are not eligible for return.

Special note on clothing and jerseys: We accept returns as long as the clothing / jersey etc has ALL of its original tags and packaging, hasn't been washed, worn, used, or otherwise damaged.

For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise:

If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Minor League Gear within 14 days of receipt to obtain an RMA and instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect item. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received by us, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.

Please Note: We will only be able to reimburse return shipping costs in the event that the customer requests an exact replacement of their damaged piece. If the customer decides that they do not want a replacement, the return will be treated as outlined in the "For Unwanted Items" section below.

For Unwanted Items:

If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact Minor League Gear within 14 days of receipt to obtain an RMA and instructions on how to return the unwanted item. You must then ship the item, (in new condition, in its original packaging), back to us at your expense. Once the merchandise is received by us, we will issue you a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item (less original shipping charges).
